Helping university faculty, staff, and students with technology for research, collaboration, and teaching.

Consulting Services

Whether you are a technophobe, technogeek, or somewhere in between, I can help you with technology for research, collaboration, and teaching.

Available services include:

  • Finding technology useful for your research, collaboration, and teaching goals
  • Determining (within skill, time, and budget constraints) which technologies would be best to use for a particular project or goal
  • Custom one-on-one and small group training:
Drupal - HTML - CSS - PHP - MySQL - FileMaker - relational database design - general web development - specialized technologies relevant to a project or goal
  • Development work (if you lack the time or inclination to do it yourself)

Drupal training and consulting also available for non-academic projects. No job is too small. Rates are negotiable. (I would also consider fixed-term or part-time regular positions.)

Why This Site Uses the Default Drupal Theme (Garland)

You may be wondering why, if one of the services I offer is help with Drupal, this site uses the default Drupal theme, Garland, instead of a custom theme. The reason is simple: I want to demonstrate how nice Drupal sites can look, even just straight out of the box.
